Returns and Refunds Policy
At Nutricity.co.nz, we are committed to offering high-quality supplements, vitamins, and wellness products. We do not offer exchanges for any products purchased through our online store. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
Item(s) are in original condition
Unused, unopened, and undamaged
In original packaging with all seals intact and all accessories (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage in transit.
We will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Drop off the package at the instructed location or arrange pickup as advised by our team.
Return shipping costs are covered by Nutricity.co.nz for all eligible returns.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following, unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or consumable wellness products
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will investigate the issue and offer a prompt resolution — including a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
