Dosing for First-Time Users: take two caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning, two caplets midday and two caplets at night (six caplets total each day) for at least 60 days. Then switch to maintenance usage. Dosing for Maintenance Users: take one caplet of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning, one caplet midday and one caplet at night (three caplets total each day) every day. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take Lipo-Flavonoid with food.
