Directions:
Step 1: Empty Tiwari's Nutri Milk Paratha Ready Mix Atta into a bowl, Step 2: Add 15 ml of ghee (optional for softer parathas) and 200 ml of water. Knead into a smooth dough, Step 3: Grease the dough with a little oil and keep aside for 10-15 minutes, Step 4: Divide the dough into 10-12 equal portions. Roll each portion with dry flour into a disc of about 6-7 inches, Step 5: Cook the paratha on a hot tawa using a good quantity of ghee or oil on both sides
